Graceful Marriage

Pre-Retreat Assessment

Help Us Prepare for Your Marriage Reset

Before the retreat, each spouse completes a private assessment. Your responses help the Graceful Marriage team understand your goals, identify areas where you may need additional support, and prepare to make the weekend as meaningful as possible.

Each spouse submits their own assessment separately. Your answers are kept private.

Privacy notice. Your responses are shared only with the Graceful Marriage retreat team, are used solely to prepare for your retreat weekend, and are stored securely. They are never published or shared with other attendees. The Graceful Marriage Retreat provides faith-based education, coaching, pastoral support, and relationship tools. It does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace licensed professional counseling or therapy — it is intended to help you prepare for the retreat.

This form is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone in your household is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in crisis, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time.

After you submit, you’ll see a confirmation that your assessment was received, and our team will have it ready before your retreat weekend. If you haven’t registered yet, the next step is to reserve your place.
